Adding a pinch of salt to a sticky caramel sauce gives a whole new depth of flavour.

Topped with pieces of fudge and packed full of toffee ice cream, this shake is a creamy, caramel dream!

This pink milkshake looks as pretty as a picture. 

The shredded rose petals on top have a fragrant floral taste: it is important to use petals that have not been sprayed with any chemicals.

Chocolate-covered honeycomb bubbles, which have a brittle crunch when you bite, are the centrepiece of this delicious caramel flavoured milkshake.

If you can’t find honeycomb ice cream, look out for honeycomb choc ices (such as the Crunchie bar choc ice) or substitute vanilla ice cream and add a little extra honeycomb to the milkshake.
